Refund & Cancellation

Clear guidelines on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for your training experience

At Digizoek Training, we strive to provide world-class 1-to-1 training in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Science. As our instructors dedicate specific time slots for live sessions, the following policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

Subscription and Course Fees

• All fees are charged in USD / GBP, depending on your location.

• Payments must be completed in full or according to your agreed installment plan before the first session begins.

Cancellation by the Student

We understand that schedules can change. To maintain service quality:

• Notice Period: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session without penalty.

• Late Cancellations / No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session

  • Or being more than 15 minutes late The session will be marked as “Completed”

    No refund or makeup session will be provided

Rescheduling

• Students may reschedule sessions up to 2 times per month

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required

• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability

Refund Policy

• Full Refunds: Available within 48 hours of enrollment, provided:

  • No sessions have been attended

  • A small administrative/transaction fee may be deducted

• Partial Refunds:

  • Applicable if you discontinue within the first 7 days

  • Refund will be pro-rated based on unused sessions

• Non-Refundable Cases:

  • More than 25% of sessions completed

  • Refund requested after 14 days of purchase

Cancellation by Digizoek Training

In rare cases where a session cannot be conducted:

• You will be notified promptly

• The session will be rescheduled, or credited to your account for future use.

Technical Issues

• Students are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection

  • Proper working device and software

• Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to student-side technical issues

• We recommend testing your setup 10 minutes before each session

Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer)

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

• Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution (US / UK)
